The Macap ASI140 professional coffee grinder is designed for bars, restaurants and cafes. It is operated via a 3.5″ touch display, and the micrometric stepless adjustment system allows the grind level to be set precisely. Flat metal burrs with a diameter of 65 mm rotate at 1400 rpm and deliver output of up to 3.3 g/s. The hopper holds up to 1200 g of coffee, and the motor power is 480 W. The grinder features active adjustable air cooling, adjustable LED lighting of the work area, a dose counter and an adjustable holder. The body is made of aluminum alloy; the grinder weighs 8.9 kg and measures 194 × 307 × 560 mm.
