The Macap Mazzer Major V ELE G_O_D professional coffee grinder is designed for bars, restaurants and cafes. It is operated via a TFT display with soft buttons, and the micrometric stepless adjustment system provides a precise and wide grinding range. Flat metal burrs with a diameter of 83 mm rotate at 1400 rpm and deliver output of up to 10 g/s. The hopper holds up to 1600 g of coffee, and the motor power is 650 W. The NO WASTE and EASY TO CLEAN functions protect against clumping and preserve grind settings, while the MEMORY TRACK system lets you index settings. The grinder features a forced ventilation system with electronic control, a dose counter and an adjustable portafilter holder. The body is made of aluminum alloy; it weighs 20.5 kg and measures 252 × 475 × 681 mm.
